9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be attempted to resolve informally by contacting us directly. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

Disputes are governed by Seychelles law and limited to Seychelles courts. Claims must be brought within one year of the cause of action arising.

We may revise these Terms at any time, effective upon posting updated Terms. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notification through the Extension. Continued use signifies acceptance of these changes.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All content, trademarks, and materials associated with the Extension are owned by Mlion LTD. "Mlion" and related marks are trademarks of Mlion LTD. No license to use any trademarks is granted without our prior written consent.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mlion LTD regarding the Service.
